Hello, everyone. Zoj here. As you know, we recently completed our first HAAT. Now that we've completed several, your fearless leaders have taken a closer look at our general raid schedule, which includes both Heroic Pit and The Sith Raid. In doing so, we asked ourselves how we could ensure that everyone in cNoss consistently benefits from the quality gear drops, tokens, and credits that HAAT offers.
To run as many HAATs as possible and, in turn, to put raid rewards to use as often as possible, we propose to ratchet up our production of tickets. But this isn't just about tickets. The more Heroic Pits, Sith Raids, and HAATs we run, the easier it will be for each and every member to gear their characters and become more successful in all facets of the game. Helping members become more successful is the ultimate goal.
That said, such success does ultimately rest upon ticket production. At the moment, the minimum daily requirement for all guild members is 300/600. We propose that a slight uptick to 400/600 tickets per day from each member will help us run as many HAATs as possible. We realize that many of you already hit 600/600 per day with ease and, in fact, our ideal goal is for every member to do so, which would allow us to run the maximum number of raids per month.
We also realize that many members might not know how to hit 600/600 every day without breaking the proverbial bank, so we'd like to remind you that, once upon a time, Ryer and I wrote a handy dandy set of articles ("Guilding 101") that not only explain the premises behind raid tickets, but also show you how to hit 600/600 tickets every day, while also finishing your Daily Activities, in a snap.
And by "in a snap," I mean that I personally hit 600/600 and finish Daily Activities in approximately 5-10 minutes. Just follow the link above to learn how! What's more, in the interest of transparency, we'd like to share with you some of the data we've collected about our daily activities and raids, as well as explain what that data means to you. To do so, I'll hand this article off to our co-GL, Ryer Grogan.
Hello folks. Ryer here, go-GL and guild Secretary. I am always interested to see how we are advancing as a guild. To that end, I spend a little bit of time each week collecting data. I collect the following data regularly:
* HPIT Attendance (Those with 0 Dmg or higher)
* HPIT Zero Dmg Violations
* HAAT Attendance
* Sith Attendance
* Average Raid Tickets Earned
* Average Donations Provided
To the side here is the latest data I have collected regarding ticket production. Our Guild Guideline has been a minimum of 300 raid tickets per day.
You should be able to find your name and, in the far right column, the approximate average tickets you collected in the last 7 days.
Here's the rough breakdown:
* Greater than 500 tixs/day = 20 members
* 400-500 tixs/day = 10 members
* 300-400 tixs/day = 10 members
* Less than 300 tixs/day = 10 members
On average we are at 489 raid tickets per day. Multiplied by 50 players equals 24,450 tickets per day and 171,150 tixs per week. That translates to just 2 HPits and TSRs per week, and only 1 HAAT. That's why we are asking for everyone to step up their game in regards to tickets.
Zoj here again. Thanks Ryer! As you can see, we try to do our best to ensure that cNoss develops in a healthy way, which admittedly requires time and effort on our part. Be that as it may, both Ryer and myself, as well as all of our Officers, want to put in that time and effort to help everyone succeed. When Ryer and I first arrived, cNoss was a small, relatively inactive guild. The growth we've accomplished thus far as a group is terrific, and we hope to continue that trend well into the future. Thanks, everyone!
